Discover London’s Historic East This Half Term With a Trip to the Museum of London Docklands
Promoted by the Museum of London Docklands
Step back in time and discover what makes the East End of London so unique this half term, with free activities taking place daily at the Museum of London Docklands
Free workshops, storytelling sessions and action-packed events will take place every day of half term from 10.30am from February 16 to 24. The sessions are a perfect way to introduce the little ones the East End and what makes it so special.
Find out whether Cockney Rhyming Slang is now ‘brown bread’ and learn a few Dicky Birds yourself. Or get crafty and create a model of a Billingsgate fish market porter to take home with you.
We even have a special craft workshop for under-fives and their parents and carers. Collect buttons in this drop-in session and become a little Pearly King or Queen!
With a kids eat free offer in our award-winning restaurant, a nearby cinema and shopping at Canary Wharf, come to the Museum of London Docklands to round off a perfect half term day.
