Review: Disney on Ice – Dream Big

    Is it even a festive season without a little Disney magic? Kick off the family Christmas and New Year celebrations as Disney on Ice presents Dream Big makes a highly anticipated return to the UK, promising plenty of excitement and impressive thrills along the way.

    Touring across the country’s biggest venues from 2nd November 2022 and capturing the essence of Disney’s immortal tales of courage with over 50 characters and where heroes like Moana, Tiana and Belle seek to fulfill their highest dreams through bravery and kindness are told through world-class figure skating, fun sketches, glamourous costumes, stunning set designs and lighting.

    Hosted by Disney’s original trio of Mickey Mouse, Minnie and Goofy and performed in two parts with one fifteen-minute interval, you’ll also meet Jasmine, Ariel, Aurora and Cinderella performing dazzling pirouettes, show-stopping lifts and awe-inducing jumps all set to unforgettable Disney soundtracks with show-stopping fireworks and special effects providing a visual delight for your eyes.

    Guaranteed to transport Disney fans to a world of fun and imagination, you’ll also join fearless Moana and the greatest demi-god that ever lived, Maui, as they traverse the seas to restore the stolen heart of Te Fiti, Miguel Rom from Disney/ Pixar’s Coco who leads an ensemble shaking, gliding and shimmering away in celebration of Dia De Los Muertos on ice, and get tangled with Rapunzel on her quest to see the entrancing floating lights.

    Watch as Sleeping Beauty’s Maleficent creates a spectacle as she transforms into fire-breathing dragon and sea witch Ursula glides across the ice as a giant octopus. There’s also a superb live-action extended re-telling of Anna and Elsa’s sibling bond along with Olaf’s adventures in Arendelle sure to inspire the younger ones and fill them with determination and wonderment.
