As its 11-year anniversary approaches, children’s shoe favourite TOMS aims to raise even more awareness with its #StandWithTOMS campaign
Since its founding, the TOMS brand has stood to improve the lives of children and families through business. It started with giving shoes to children in need 11 years ago, with more than 70 million pairs given, and has since gone on to restore the sight of 445,000 people, offer safe birthing facilities to 70,000 mothers, delivered safe drinking water to more than 400,000 and has dedicated time to help 44,000 young children with bullying prevention and response programmes.
This week – as you may have spotted – TOMS has launched its #StandWithTOMS campaign, asking you to pick the TOMS ‘give’ that’s closest to your heart and wear it with pride by donning an exclusive collectable Give pin on your jacket or bag. Pin it and post it to share what you stand for by using #StandWithTOMS on social media until Friday 12 May, and you could be in with a chance of winning two tickets to the Global Citizen Festival in Hamburg on 6 July – as well as doing your bit for vulnerable families around the world.
